Shipping Policy

Studio708 is a small shop, and we pack every order with care.

Processing Time

In-stock orders placed by 7:00 PM Central Time will ship the next business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM Central Time will begin processing the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume times, shop updates, sales, or preorder arrivals, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Preorders

Preorder items will ship when the fabric arrives in-house.

The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in each preorder product description. Arrival dates are based on information from the manufacturer or distributor and may change due to delays outside of Studio708’s control.

If preorder and in-stock items are purchased together, the full order will ship when the preorder fabric arrives. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping Carriers

Studio708 usually ships through USPS or UPS.

Other carriers may be used when needed, including for some international shipments.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Packaging

We do our best to pack fabric so it arrives clean, protected, and ready for your sewing table.

Fabric may be wrapped in protective packaging and shipped in a box whenever possible. We may reuse clean shipping boxes or packing materials when appropriate because we would rather give a good box another trip than send it straight to the trash.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of Studio708’s control.

Studio708 is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Studio708 is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Studio708 because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Studio708 is not responsible for packages once tracking shows they have been delivered.

Please ship to a secure address. If your package is marked delivered but you do not have it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and your local post office.

We are happy to provide tracking information, but we cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please keep the damaged item, packaging, box or mailer, and all packing materials until the issue is resolved. The shipping carrier may require photos or inspection as part of the claim process.
